Andrew Wall
Andrew is a Midlands-based FCA-qualified finance director with 12 years’ experience as an FD in the leisure and travel sector and over 20 years of corporate finance advisory experience.
Midlands-based, Andrew is an FCA-qualified part-time finance director with over 12 years of FD experience from co-founding through an MBI and growing the Verdant Leisure Group (VLG) to be one of the leading companies in its sector on the back of a successful buy-and-build strategy backed by private equity. He then managed the successful exit of VLG to trade.
Prior to co-founding VLG, Andrew had 20 years of corporate finance advisory experience, including eight years as a partner at KPMG, heading the East Midlands corporate finance team.
Andrew has a good mix of operational and transactional expertise and extensive M&A experience on both the buy and sell side of transactions as both an operator and in advising owner-managers and private equity.
In addition to building and managing finance teams, Andrew excels at developing strategic business plans, sustaining company growth, and then managing successful exits for all shareholders.
