Caroline Newell
Caroline's strengths lie in her ability to work with the CEO and the senior leadership team to truly understand the business drivers' and make more informed financial and strategic decisions.
Caroline is part of our CFO Services team. She has a Degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia and is a Chartered Accountant (qualifying with PWC). She has worked with companies in various UK and international industries, from large multi-national bluechip organisations to small VC-backed companies.
Once qualified, Caroline spent her early career in various roles at Fujitsu and GE. She then moved to CSC where she held the UK and Ireland Finance Director’s position with six sector finance directors reporting to her, and an overall team of 45 people.
Caroline’s strengths lie in her ability to work with the CEO and the senior leadership team to truly understand the business drivers’ and make more informed financial and strategic decisions. She is a well-rounded CFO with exceptional commercial and accounting knowledge, highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and is an excellent communicator.
More recently, Caroline has worked with companies to support them through change management, turnaround, or transformational processes.
