Clive is an FCA-qualified accountant and fractional CFO based in the Greater Manchester area.  He has experience in both public practice and industry and has worked with a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-corporate clients.  Clive has a proven track record in helping business owners, and investors realise the potential of their business and personal goals.

Clive started his career with Baker Tilly, where he climbed the career ladder to Partner, leading a department of 30 people reporting as part of a local management team on performance, compliance, manpower planning, efficiencies and recoveries.

During the last twelve years, he has:

• Project-led on the admission to AIM of a technology company
• Presented to potential investors and succeeded in a £5m fundraise via share placings
• Managed an exit of a PE and private investor-backed company, resulting in a 12x EBIT valuation
• Successfully implemented a cost reduction exercise and budgetary control exercise, increasing company profit from breakeven to EBITDA in excess of £1m.
• Successfully implemented MS Dynamics ERP system

Clive is entrepreneurial and proactive, with a strong drive and a keen business mind.  He has excellent interpersonal skills and is a good communicator.
