Julian is a part-time CFO specialising in SME companies in the media and technology sectors. He has expertise in fundraising, stakeholder management, financial analysis and reporting, acquisitions, integration & strategic investments, budgeting & forecasting, and change management and demonstrated. He also has an excellent track record of streamlining business operations that drive efficiency and improve bottom-line profit.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and, since then, has worked across a number of media sectors (film, television and publishing) along with SaaS businesses in the technology space.
As both a full-time and part-time CFO, Julian has assisted several companies in Europe and the USA at different stages of their development. His experience includes business consolidation, acquisition integration, restructures, financial systems integration and implementing management reporting.
