Paul is a CFO who has built his career over the last 16 years specialising in Finance and Operations. He is a highly commercial consulting finance director with extensive international market experience, having held executive positions in numerous markets, including the UK, USA, China, Australia, and Africa.

He has a wealth of experience in establishing and transforming business operations, from start-ups and PE-backed companies to large multinationals, with a proven track record of driving commercial results by developing strong teams, robust processes, and innovation, for example:

• Developing and implementing budgetary, cash flow, and management reporting and controls, working closely with Founders, CEO’s and Functional Management to provide financial leadership for short, medium, and long-term strategic growth and organisational planning
• Leading financial and operational transformation initiatives and projects, designing and implementing new processes, systems, and tools in order to drive organisational capability, scalability, and solve key business challenges
• Responsible for the production of all monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and periodic reporting of financial results to the Management and Board of Directors, ensuring the integrity of all financial information
• Developing investment strategies and leading fundraising activities, including the production of complex financial models, scenario planning, preparation and presentation of investor decks, due diligence, and legal documentation
• Building best in class finance functions by developing teams and establishing robust systems, processes and controls, as well as owning 3rd party relationships (banking, auditors, outsourced accounting, tax advisors, legal)
