Raakhi is an established CIMA-qualified Finance Director with the prestigious CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation and a solid all-around skill set.
Raakhi enjoys supporting fast-growing SMEs and not-for-profits; by driving strategic growth through the implementation of robust financial and commercial constructs. She holds Business Trustee and Non-Executive Director roles with various charities.
Raakhi spent her early career with Accenture, whom she joined shortly after their initial public offering (IPO) in 2001. During her 17-year career with Accenture:
- Created the Financial and Commercial constructs for new contracts.
- Established outsourced finance teams for contracts
- Completed the post-merger financial integrations for acquisitions
- Turned around and renegotiated loss-making contracts.
Over the last few years, Raakhi has enjoyed supporting SMEs and not-for-profits more so by working with people who are both passionate and committed to their cause. In return, they have welcomed the insight and leadership she has gained through working in the corporate sector with large multinationals.
